Yesterday finished the 2nd stop of the Ecuadorian Surfing Championship at the waves of San Lorenzo, 20 minutes away from Manta in Manabí Province. At the end the conditions got better and strong 4 ft. waves appeared.

Johnatan "el Gato" Chila was the one who stood up in this 2nd stop, reaching the finals in Open and claiming the Junior contest.
Goncalves won the Open contest, after fighting very hard since the first heats. Marcos leads the Open ranking as he won the first stop as well.
The other winners of this stop were Arné Garcia in under-14 and under-16 and Dominic Barona in girls.
The third and fourth stops will be held in June in Montaņita and Playas respectively.
